Mango Mule

Looking for something that is able to cool you down on a hot day? This mocktail is sure to scratch that itch. With ginger beer, cucumber, and Mango Olala you will find the perfect level of relaxation and feel like you are chilling on a beach. If you really want to kick it up a notch then use a copper mug, the serving container traditionally used with mules.



Ingredients


  • 4-5 slices of cucumber

  • 1 oz honey syrup

  • 1.5 oz Mango Olala

  • 1.5 oz fresh lime juice

  • 1.5 oz ginger beer

  • Ice

Instructions


Combine cucumber and honey syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the Mango Olala, lime juice, and shake with ice vigorously. Strain into a copper mug. Top with ginger beer and stir.
